REFUND POLICY
Pimpri Chinchwad University (PCU) will cancel admission only if the student fails to meet the eligibility requirements after deduction of admission fees Rs-10000/-.
A student opting to withdraw his/her admission will be entitled to a refund of tuition fees as detailed below.
Admission fee is non-refundable.

Rules for refund of Program Fees and Hostel & Mess Fees
Steps to Apply for Admission Cancellation:
- Send an Email: Email your cancellation request to cancellations@pcu.edu.in.

- Reason for Cancellation

Attach the Required Documents:
- Fee payment receipts
- A cancelled cheque for your bank account details
- Refund Processing: All refunds will be processed within 45-60 working days from the date of cancellation.
