At Pimpri Chinchwad University (PCU), we are driven by a vision to redefine higher education through innovation, inclusivity, and industry relevance. In the era of rapid technological advancement the focus must move beyond conventional learning. My emphasis at PCU will be on experiential learning, research, entrepreneurship, and interdisciplinary education aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP 2020). Through strategic collaborations with industries and international universities, we aim to provide our students with real-world learning experiences that nurture creativity, innovation and leadership.
With over two and a half decades of experience in establishing and transforming leading academic institutions, I have witnessed the profound impact of education that blends technology, skill development and research. At PCU, our focus is on fostering experiential learning through STEAM education, entrepreneurship and international collaborations—ensuring our graduates are not only employable but also future-ready innovators and leaders.
I firmly believe that education flourishes in an environment rooted in empathy, trust, and collaboration. Our aim is to nurture students not only as skilled professionals but also as compassionate human beings who embody strong ethical and professional values. I also believe that integrating the principles of sustainable development is an essential aspect of a modern education system. I am committed to transforming PCU university into an international green campus—one that fosters as per Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) for the next generation.
